Prof. Eddy Olajide Omolehinwa
Professor Eddy Omolehinwa is a recipient of the Merit Award of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) for his contribution to the education and practice of Accounting in Nigeria. He was recognised as an Icon of his native Ondo State's '40 Icons @ 40' as one of the illustrious indigenes in 40 years of the state's existence.
This book documents some of the post-independence issues that have created problems for us in Nigeria from the perspective of public financial management so that the solutions can be found especially by members of the younger generation who are not adequately represented in government. This book is of the view that the pre-requisite for solving the Nigerian problems irrespective of the professional angle of looking at them in solving the problems of our political system which in turn cannot be done without addressing the challenges of the 1999 constitution as documented in the book.
